Identify which component you need

An intercooler and an intercooler tubing kit are different purchases. The intercooler is the heat exchanger in the charge-air system. The tubing connects components along that air path; a tubing kit with a blow-off valve also includes a valve assembly. Neither listing name means that both products are supplied together.

Start with the component you are replacing or changing. Photograph its connections and note any nonstandard intercooler, hose or intake already installed. That context matters when comparing a replacement with the original factory layout.

Keep Switch and PWC listings separate

GT40 has a SuperCooler listing for the Sea-Doo Switch 230 boat and a separate SuperCooler listing for Sea-Doo 230 HP PWC applications. Similar product names and appearance do not establish interchangeable mounting or hose routing. Use the correct vehicle family and confirm the exact installation with GT40.

Compare tubing by platform

The 230/300 tubing and BOV listing covers selected applications recorded in the fitment catalog. The RXP-X 260 TiAL 50 mm BOV kit is a separate product. Do not choose between them by hose color or by a broad year range in an old URL.

Record the ski's year, model, engine and current intercooler configuration. Review the exact compatibility result on the product page before ordering. If the record requires confirmation, send GT40 photos and the relevant part numbers instead of treating a similar model as an exact match.

Plan the connections and installation

Check the supplied components, connection sizes and supporting requirements for the exact kit. A photo of clamps or fittings is useful for identification but does not prove that every item your modified ski needs is supplied.

Obtain the applicable installation procedure before changing hoses or valve connections. Keep installation verification separate from performance testing: choosing a larger cooler or changing a valve does not by itself demonstrate a measured gain.
