SHIPPING POLICY

Handling time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Pre-order and made-to-order items (custom-titanium exhausts, color-matched gelcoat batches, ECU tunes) ship on the date listed on the product page; the date is updated as the manufacture date approaches.
Domestic shipping (United States)
Standard ground shipping carriers used: USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package weight and destination. Tracking numbers are emailed once the carrier picks up the package.
Free shipping on orders over $250 (continental US, excluding oversize freight items such as full performance kits with intercoolers).
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier service. Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email support@gt40marine.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the damage if applicable. We file the carrier claim and reship at no cost to you.
Address changes
If your shipping address needs to change after the order is placed, email us within 1 business day. Once a label is printed we generally cannot reroute the package.
Pre-orders and back-orders
Pre-order items show the expected ship date on the product page. If the date moves, we update the listing and email customers who have already pre-ordered. Pre-order charges authorize when you order; the card is charged when the item ships.
